About
SweatBRK.
SweatBRK brings 45-minute functional small-group PT sessions to your workplace, before work, during lunch or after work. Setup, best-in-class coaching and pack-down are all included, so all your team needs to do is turn up!
The sessions are full-body workouts using kit such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, sandbags, medicine balls, mats and bodyweight exercises.
A SweatBRK session isn’t just a workout, it’s personal training in a group setting. Your coach can progress or regress exercises to suit individual abilities, correct form, and give verbal, visual and tactile coaching cues in real time, while motivating and pushing your staff to get the most out of every session.
THE PROBLEM.
1. No time to train.
Traditional wellness perks, such as discounted gym memberships, often go unused. Not through lack of will, but because life outside of work leaves little time for them.
We all know how important exercise is, especially for those in the corporate world who spend around 90% of their day sitting at a desk.
The early start, the commute, the school run and other life commitments all add up, and the result is just 1.5 gym visits per month on average, according to the Health & Fitness Association.

2. Fitness gets squeezed out.
When the day gets busy, exercise is the first thing to go. Most corporate workers are stretched at the best of times, and when a bad meeting, a lost client or just a rough day piles on the stress, heading to the gym becomes a very tall order.
3. The gym is a detour.
Even when people have a gym membership, getting there is a hurdle. Travelling, changing, queuing for kit and travelling back home turns a 45 minute workout into a two hour commitment. Bringing the session to the workplace takes the detour out.
4. Training alone is boring.
There’s a reason small-group PT has boomed. People are choosing to work out in a group, where they get camaraderie and the coaching of a trainer, without paying for 1-1 sessions.
